We provide food baskets to some facilities that have families in need.  If you are a community representative please call to inquire. If approved,  the facility representetive can schdulea pick up of the food baskets. In some instances the family member will be able to pick up directly from Hart St. Health Center. Dr Samoha also delivers the baskets to certain areas :)
